Stop finding outat year-end.
Missing stock, a project over budget, an expired iqama, a rejected invoice. They all show up late and cost a lot. Smart ERP puts finance, stock, projects, payroll and ZATCA invoicing on one database, so you see the problem the day it starts.
What it costs you today, before anyone notices.
Some costs hide in late approvals, missing stock and month-ends that never finish. These are the ones the authorities have already put a price on.
The right fix is a credit or debit note linked to it. Editing the invoice is itself a violation.
ZATCA, e-invoicing violations and finesA tax invoice from Excel or a paper book instead of a system linked to FATOORA.
ZATCA, e-invoicing violations and finesBecause the close ran late, or nobody could see the cash on the due date.
ZATCA, VAT penalties tableA separate fine from late payment. Both can apply at once.
ZATCA, VAT penalties tableTwo months late stops most ministry services. Three months stops them all, and workers may move to another employer without your consent.
HRSD, Wage Protection programDue within the first 15 days of the following month.
GOSI, Social Insurance Law, Article 19Along with an employee who can't travel, drive or work on a client site.
SPA, General Directorate of PassportsCovers businesses whose VAT-subject revenue passed SAR 187,500 in any year from 2022 to 2025.
ZATCA, Wave 25 announcement (24 Jul 2026)8 expensive problems. Caught and fixed.
Situations every CFO, COO and GM of a growing Saudi company knows. Pick a case file or let them play: the problem, what the system does, the result.

One database in the middle. Everything else plugs in.
Every module writes to the same Oracle database. The invoice, the stock movement, the payslip and the journal entry are one record, not four copies that disagree.
What flows in and out
- ZATCA FATOORAEvery invoice and credit note cleared or reported, stamped, with its QR code.
- BANKSStatement imports for matching, and payment files.
- MUDAD · GOSIThe monthly wage protection file, and contributions from the same payroll run.
- WHATSAPPApprovals and alerts through the official WhatsApp Business Platform.
- EMAILCustomer statements, payslips and scheduled reports.
- EXCELOpening balances, items and employees at go-live, and any import after.
The codes in the diagram match the module map below.
25 modules. 460+ screens. Switch on what you need.
Every module already exists and runs. We start with the ones that solve today's problem and add the rest when you need them, on the same database.
Same screen. Your language.
Your accountant works in Arabic and your CFO in English, on the same record. Each person picks a language from the top bar.
- Every screen, menu and report in Arabic and English
- Full right-to-left layout, not a translation over an English design
- Invoices and statements print in both languages
- Terms reviewed with your team so they match the words they use
Live in weeks. Not years.
Your data stays in the Kingdom.
Same system, same modules. You choose where it runs.
A change? Days, not quarters.
Oracle APEX is low-code. A new field, approval step or report is built and tested in a separate environment, then released.

The system film: the modules, the dashboard, and a tax invoice getting cleared.
Before you ask. The questions that matter.
Anything else, ask us on WhatsApp.
How do we move from Excel or our current system?
We clean and load opening balances, customers, vendors, items, employees and open documents, then reconcile them against your old records line by line. Nothing switches on until your team agrees with the numbers.
Where is our data hosted?
In Oracle's cloud region in Riyadh or Jeddah, or on your own Oracle database if your policy requires it. Either option keeps the data in the Kingdom, which matters for the Personal Data Protection Law and for sector rules.
Is the Arabic real, or a translated layer?
Real. Every screen, menu and report has Arabic and English, with full right-to-left layout. During configuration we review terms with your team, so labels match the words your accountants and HR officers already use.
How is it priced, and who owns what?
You get a fixed price before we start, based on the modules, users, data migration, integrations and hosting you need. Your data is yours: it lives in your Oracle database and you can export it at any time. Extensions built only for you are documented and handed over under the terms of your contract.
Does it connect to our other systems?
Yes. ZATCA's FATOORA, bank statement imports and payment files, the Mudad wage protection file, WhatsApp through the official Business Platform, email and Excel imports. If you already run Oracle, Smart ERP can sit next to it and read what it is allowed to.
If we need a change, how long does it take?
Usually days. A new field, approval step, report or whole screen is built and tested in a separate environment first, then released to production, so upgrades stay clean.
