Who we are

This website (sitcotech.com) is run by Smart Independent Technologies Company (SITCO), Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia ("SITCO", "we"). We decide how the personal data described here is used, which makes us its controller under the PDPL. Contact: info@sitcotech.com, +966 53 502 0099.

What we collect

  • Free digital study request: the answers you choose to send in WhatsApp: your company's sector, name and size, its website if you give it, your goals, timeline and budget range, your biggest challenge if you give it, and your name, role, mobile number, email and preferred channel.
  • WhatsApp, phone and email: the messages and details you choose to send us through these channels.
  • Technical logs: our hosting provider keeps short-lived server logs (for example the time, page, IP address and browser type) to run and protect the site.

The site uses no cookies, no visit analytics and no advertising. We do not knowingly collect data from children. Please do not send sensitive data (health, financial or similar) through WhatsApp or email.

What stays in your browser

  • Language and theme: kept in your browser's local storage so the site remembers them next time. They hold only "ar" or "en" and "light" or "dark", and they are never sent to us.
  • The study form: your answers live on the page only while you fill it in. They are not saved and not sent anywhere until you press send in WhatsApp.

Why we use it

  • To prepare your free digital study and present it to you.
  • To reply to your messages and arrange meetings on the channel you chose.
  • To prepare a proposal or contract if you ask for one.
  • To run and protect the website.

We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for unrelated marketing: no newsletter, no mailing list. We will not use it for any other purpose without asking you first.

Legal basis

We process the data you send on the basis of your consent: you tick the consent box on the study form and choose to send the message yourself, or you contact us directly. Technical logs are processed because they are needed to show you the website you asked to open. You can withdraw consent at any time; this does not affect processing that happened before.

Where it is kept, and for how long

  • Study requests and conversations: in our WhatsApp Business account and our mailbox, for 24 months from your last contact, unless a contract follows. If it does, we keep what the contract and Saudi law require, for as long as they require.
  • Technical logs: with our hosting provider for a short period it sets, then deleted.
  • In your browser: language and theme until you clear them.

When the period ends, we delete the data or make it anonymous.

Service providers and transfers

We use a small number of providers:

  • Vercel: hosts the website.
  • WhatsApp (Meta): carries the messages you send us on WhatsApp. Its own privacy policy applies to your use of WhatsApp.
  • Google Fonts: serves the typefaces this site uses. Your browser connects to Google to load them, which shares your IP address and browser type with Google.
  • Hostinger: hosts our email.

Some of these providers process data outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. We share only what each service needs, under the conditions of the PDPL and its Regulation on Personal Data Transfer outside the Kingdom. For client systems we build, in-Kingdom hosting is available.

Your rights

Under the Personal Data Protection Law you have the right to:

  • Be informed about how and why your data is processed, which is what this page is for.
  • Access your personal data and obtain a copy in a clear, readable format.
  • Ask us to correct, complete or update data that is inaccurate or incomplete.
  • Ask us to delete (destroy) your data when we no longer need it, subject to legal retention duties.
  • Withdraw your consent at any time by writing to us.

How to make a request

Email info@sitcotech.com with the subject "Personal data request", say which right you want to use, and give the name and mobile number you used with us, so we can find your data. We may ask you to confirm your identity before we act. We respond within 30 days. If a request is complex, we will tell you within that time why we need longer and when to expect an answer, within the limits the regulations allow.

If you are not satisfied with our answer, you may lodge a complaint with the Saudi Data and AI Authority (SDAIA), the competent authority under the PDPL, through its personal data protection portal.

Security

  • All traffic to this site is encrypted with HTTPS.
  • There is no server or database behind the study form: your answers travel only inside the WhatsApp message you send.
  • Access to requests is limited to the people who answer them.

No system is perfectly secure. If a breach ever affects your personal data, we will notify the competent authority and, where required, you, within the time limits set by the regulations.

Changes to this policy

We will update this page when our practices or the law change, and change the date at the top. If a change affects how we use data you have already given us, we will ask for your consent again where required.
