Software forthe problemsthat cost you.

Smart Independent Technologies Company (SITCO) engineers custom software, Arabic AI agents and WhatsApp automation in Riyadh. Every system starts from a problem you can put a price on. Fast, and right the first time.

SW-01Arabic AI agentsSHEET 1 / 6

AI that does the paperwork, in Arabic and English.

Two agents we built and run in daily operations. One turns a meeting into minutes with an action register. The other briefs every manager at 7 in the morning.

The problem

A 90-minute site meeting in two languages. A week later, nobody agrees who owns what.

Someone loses half a day typing minutes. Actions slip between Arabic and English. The next meeting opens by arguing about the last one, while the delay keeps costing.

The 7 am briefing.

Every morning the agent reads the ERP, site reports, collections and the WhatsApp inbox, ranks what is late by what it costs, and sends each manager a short briefing. It ends with one next action per owner.

Answers on WhatsApp, at 9:40 at night.

Your customers already message you on WhatsApp. We connect it to your ERP, so the answer comes from real data, and a person takes over when it matters.

The problem

A customer asks where his quotation is. Your sales team left at 5.

He waits until morning, or calls a competitor. The chat lives on one shared phone, and when that employee leaves, the history leaves too.

SW-03Document automationSHEET 3 / 6

Every document on your letterhead, in seconds.

One master record feeds every quotation, contract, offer letter and vendor form. Type a fact once, check it once, use it everywhere.

The problem

Every tender asks for the same facts about your company, in a different form.

Someone retypes your CR, VAT number and IBAN again and again, from last month's file. One wrong digit, and a bid is rejected or a payment bounces.

Every project on one screen, before the client asks.

For contractors on Riyadh's big programmes. A timeline that shows the slip, a Today page that tells you who to call, and the margin while there is still time to act.

The problem

You find out a project lost money when the final account closes.

Delays live in WhatsApp groups, costs in Excel, claims in someone's inbox. By the time the numbers meet, the margin is gone.

SW-05Custom softwareSHEET 5 / 6

Built around how you work. Hosted in Saudi Arabia. Owned by you.

When the way you work is your edge, off-the-shelf software makes you bend it. We map it, prototype it, build it and hand you every line of code.

The problem

Your real process lives in spreadsheets and WhatsApp groups.

The ERP covers half the work. The rest is copy and paste, and only two people know how it fits together. When one of them is on leave, everything waits.

How we scope and build

Diagnose → Design → Build → Guard
STEP 1DiagnoseA process map, a data map and a scoped build plan.
STEP 2DesignA clickable bilingual prototype your team approves before code.
STEP 3BuildShort releases on a test environment you can open any time.
STEP 4GuardMonitoring, backups, security updates and a monthly review.

Start with what slows you down.

We find the cause, design the fix, build it with your team, and guard it until it holds.

The problem

A purchase request takes a week, and nobody can say where it is.

Six hand-offs, three tools, one printed signature. The site waits for material, the crew waits for the site, and the cost lands on the project.

Questions before we build.

Where is our data hosted?

In Saudi Arabia, by default. We deploy to Saudi cloud regions or Saudi data centres, keep backups in a second Saudi city and give you a separate test environment. If you already host in the Kingdom, we deploy there instead.

How do you keep it secure?

Role-based permissions, a full audit trail of who changed what, encrypted backups with a tested restore, and monitoring with alerts. Where your contracts require it, we map our controls to the NCA Essential Cybersecurity Controls and document it. We do not claim certification.

Who owns the code?

You do. The code lives in a repository under your company's account from day 1, and the contract transfers all IP to you on payment. You can bring in another team at any time without asking us.

Is the AI any good in Arabic?

Current models handle Modern Standard Arabic well and Gulf dialect reasonably, and mixed Arabic and English meetings are where we test hardest. We test on your own questions, written the way your staff write them, and show you the score before rollout. Every answer cites its source, and anything with consequences waits for a person.

Where does our data go when the AI answers?

Your documents and the search index stay in your environment. When a global model is used, we use enterprise terms that exclude training on your data, and send only the passages needed to answer. Restricted data can stay entirely on Saudi-hosted models.

Will it work with the systems we already run?

Yes. We read and write through official APIs, database views or scheduled file exchange, depending on what your ERP allows. We extend what you already run rather than replace it, and document the integration so your IT team can maintain it.

Bring us the problem that costs you most.

We will show you the fix in your free digital study.
